It’s been a while since we’ve communicated about what’s been released in an app update. That’s mainly because we’ve been focusing on incremental improvements and bug fixes. Generally speaking, these are the important under-the-hood tweaks that make the app more optimally perform so you’ll have the best-possible experience, but they’re also not major new features that necessarily demand your attention.
We have, however, released a couple new items of note in the last few releases:
We’ve added a few new ways to find your way to our integrations partners panel where you can connect your One-Key account with one of our integration partners, like PROCORE® and AUTODESK® BIM 360™ (Note: we’re always working on new integrations, so check back frequently).
Previously, the only way to access the integrations panel was on web through the “My profile” panel (e.g., My profile --> Integrations partners --> Link my account). Its location, therefore, was a little hidden and possibly would make finding it (or remembering where to find it) more challenging than needed.
We’ve updated this by adding dropdowns in a couple of key areas (Places and People):
A few releases back, we added a new way to filter your inventory by “Untracked items.”
Why would you want to do this? Previously, if you manually added a bunch of stuff (e.g., valuable power tools that are not One-Key compatible, items you haven’t added an equipment tracker, asset tag, or barcode to) into One-Key but haven’t set up tracking for these items, you might want to have a comprehensive way to quickly figure out everything that needs to be TICK’d or tagged.
To use this filter, when you open your Inventory, find the “Filter by” or “Filters” section (depending on if you’re in the mobile app or on the web), find “Item tracking,” and select “Untracked items.” For reference, see below the Gif that illustrates this flow on the web app.
That’s it! Inventory management made a little simpler, with One-Key!
