What a Worthless App! I've been in close proximity to the device for over 3 days now and the app still wont update the trackers location. The feature which allows you to signal the device to begin making a sound as a means to aid in locating it isn't available most of the damn time which is the main feature I would need in the event of theft. You'd think during product development this particular attribute or the lack therof would've been addressed before release. Not worth the headache.

I have a handful of M brand tools only one of which has One key. I figure that if they're stolen the One Key tool might help find all of them. The app itself is fine although, within the whole OneKey system, it seems there is room for improvement. When it can torque a bolt to within a few percent of setting you'll really have something.

Cannot get the app to work at all. As soon as I launch it, I get a dialog saying one key has stopped. Uninstalled and re installed, same result. This is on a nexus 6p phone. Hope I didn't waste money on the one key version. Update: I deleted user data and cache from the settings menu of the phone. I was then able to reconnect the app to my one key account, and I can see my inventory on my phone. Update: Doing better now. Still some rough edges, like adding new inventory.

In the USA and Canada, for items eligible for eService, you can now easily log in to the Milwaukee Tool service website and utilize your OneKey product information to submit service requests for your tools.
